In this forum we will meet to discuss how to facilitate and support next career stages. It is for those who plans to position in a strategic way and are (will be) ready to take lead. The positioning is by own strategic career steps, and by having a strong network with others. Together you in Generation Z (or Gen Y) will support each other. All active will be supported by Dr. Mikael Syväjärvi and IW-SiC Career program. This is an initiative to make more impact in SiC by young researchers and emerging technologies.
