Publishing and maybe patenting is not sufficient for making impact. It may be challenging to describe what impact we actually do. At the same time: impact is key for various areas such as research, business, career, etc. Overall, the impact descriptions will lead to more realistic descriptions of the sustainability that is relevant for our case.
At this meeting Mikael Syväjärvi will describe his view of impact from silicon carbide for emerging technologies. It will follow by a discussion about impact and sustainability, and end with a discussion how we can address that more.
